Built in 1859 by Wilmington’s preeminent 19th-century architect, James Francis Post, the Von Glahn House has long been a cornerstone of the city's architectural legacy.
Known for crafting some of Wilmington’s most iconic buildings, including the Bellamy Mansion and Thalian Hall, Post infused the home with the Italianate charm that shaped the city's historic character.
In its early days, the Von Glahn House even served as the mayor's office, bearing witness to the city's storied past.
Now, this distinguished property is the new heart of Katrina & Co—a premier interior design firm and lifestyle brand—and offers an unparalleled space for both design and connection.

Under the visionary leadership of Katrina Morris, the Von Glahn House has been transformed into a design lover's dream, featuring rich textures, timeless architectural details, and a curated mix of southern charm with modern elements.
- Visit the Shoppe: On Saturdays, from 10 AM to 4 PM, the main level opens its doors to the public. Browse a carefully curated selection of premium home décor, luxury candles, designer lighting, and even gourmet food items.
- Experience Creativity: Katrina & Co hosts interactive workshops, from floral arranging
to decorating and creative “how-to” classes, providing an immersive experience for those
eager to bring timeless style into their homes. - Design Excellence: For those seeking a personal touch, our design services are available by appointment Monday through Friday, ensuring our clients receive tailored, one-on-one expertise.
